Verizon sucks in my area! Dropped calls all the time, no service at my home, which is in the middle of town! Can't wait till my contract is up. AT&T here my family comes!

I live just East of the city limits and the reception at my home is fair. As soon as I reach the Alden limits, I completely lose coverage. I was showing a friend my smart phone that I LOVE and tried to talk them into getting one. They said no because my phone never works at their house in the city limits. I really, really wish T-Mobile would fix our reception problems here.

The reception for AT&T has been horrible for the last 6-7 months. I have not had any signal and have not been able to use my phone at all.

Reception dies about 1 mile north of Grand Rapids. It doesn't even try to search, it just dies. It has been this way for YEARS AND YEARS and they never do anything about it. Big fat nothing from their customer service, too. Theirs is the worst customer service on earth, any business, anywhere, any time, anybody, and who knows why.

T Mobil terrible. Don't use them, don't get service and they will not allow us to switch providers. The salesman told my wife we would have good service in fact promised her we would have better service then we had with Sprint (Sprint was better) at our home. We were on vacation during most of the first 14 day trial, and then returned home to find no service now we are trying to get out of the contract and they want an $800.00 dollar cancellation fee. What kind of service is this. We went to the Mall of America asked at a Team Mobil store what kind os service we would get they stated "very good service" well his face got very red when we told him we already have service and it is not good in fact we lose calls or just simply can not get any service outside and absolutely none in our home. So now we pay for what "nothing" thanks T mobil what a way to run a business.

sprint is horrible and so was Verizon constantly droped calls or cutting in and out very frustating dont use Sprint or Verizon they use the same towers so if one dosent work the other wont either

Stay out of brick buildings! Don't go under any concrete buildings or basements. You have no chance of reception otherwise reception in other places isn't too bad.

The reception is terrible. I may get 1 bar or none. If I walk around the yard I get 2 bars and still get lost calls. If I go down to the corner 480th and Goshawk the reception is fine.

We get absolutely no reception at our house or any of our neighbors! Plus, my phone battery fried out from having to search for signal constantly. Now the battery only stays charged 5 min. We have to drive a mile down the road toward Afton to get any signal.

gets full bars and can recieve calls and messages but cant call out or txt out! Drops every call too! Sux cuz I bought the phone for my brother and now he cnt even use it!
