50th and Lyndale to 50th and Penn is terrible, as is 50th and Xerxes to Hwy. 62, and most of the Linden Hills Neihgborhood. AT&T is the WORST carrier in Minneapolis
When I got T-Mobile they said that Trimont was covered. From the first day I had either no signal or just 1 bar. Just to make a call I had to drive 3 to 4 miles south so I could get some reception. I will never use T-Mobile again. They straight out lied to me.
coverage east of St. Francis is poor to none until you get out to hwy65 or go south to sims rd. once you get on cr 24 heading west into town it seems to get better. even *228 does not seem to help. though servicetech says it should. dropped calls, static reception, seaching for service, calls going directly to voicemail.
Tried new Iphone (switched from Verizon to ATT) the day iphone came out... had two dropped calls that day. never had dropped calls with Verizon in 8 years. had to switch back to verizon. I REALLY want the Iphone, but ATT has such spotty cell service TOO BAD ATT - you really need to follow through with your "more bars" ads and put up more towers!
Large areas of no reception on Hwy. 10 West of Audubon to Hawley. Also, service in other areas which were good a year ago has deteriorated tremendously since ATT took over Cellular One (Dobson). I can show 4 bars and as soon as I press send, or answer an incoming, I have no bars. Rarely am I able to complete a full conversation whether I am calling or receiving. Obviously ATT does not have anywhere near the coverage in this area that would be necessary for customers to have good service. I could never recommend ATT.
