att sucks at my house. they want me to pay $100 a month for service I cant use. and they wont let me switch phones with out full charges. and they wont let me change phones because I travel and my info isnt the same on my card and address. its rediculous.

When we were with Alltel we had at least a 3 on reception rating but now with Verizon we do not have any reception.

ATT stopped their DSL 1 / 4 mile on either side of my house. Currently, they have "no plans" to connect the two "stubbed-off" ends. This leaves me with no internet, and virtually no cell phone coverage. About the only way I get a signal is to go into my driveway, stand on one leg and hold my tongue to the side and hope to get a signal bouncing off a cloud sometime! I hate ATT service! I can only hope Verizon covers better. If they do, I am gone! PS I have been with Cingular / ATT for 15 yrs!

Horrible reception from AT&T and any other phone, but 5 mi away at HW35 / HW84 you will get full service on Edge network. I've always hated AT&T but you gotta deal with who ya gotta deal with. Phones should be sold at walmart and service sold like ISPs are now.,

No reception inside my house and all neighborhood. Maybe 2 small spots outside my house to talk at all and then it is "iffy". I went to Verizon and can talk everywhere around even in my house. I am trying to convince my wife, daughters and son and neighbors to go with Verizon or Cellular South, both have good coverage here. I was with ATT.Cingular for 10 yrs! ATT is not listening to their customers' needs.

There is virtually ZERO service on this highway where hunderds of people live. When I go to visit family, my cell phone is useless. There is no sense in this. We have land we would GIVE to ATT for a tower but they won't call us back.

the Verizon map shows coverage for voice. you can't make / get a call for 4 mile radius

AT&T reception sucks. As soon as Verizon gets iPhone my family plan will be switched.

I am so sick of my phone not haveing service here.All AT&T can tell me is to get a mega cell that cost 150 bucks to put in my house so I can get service at home.I had to get a home phone because my cell service sucks so bad.Thanks AT&T you blow
