I have been with T-Mobile for about two years now and they have been wonderful prior to me moving into my apartment about a year ago. I live in an apartment complex about.5 miles away from a major university where the service is outstanding, but when I become within one block of my apartment complex (NO SERVICE). I have called customer service about twice and they are telling me the same thing, "We are going to get an engineer out to look at the towers" but still I have not seen any changes in the reception. I am really getting tired of not having service in my place of residence being that I am in a pretty popular side of town. T-Mobile needs to do something about this situation or I am going to be looking to buy the contract out and pay my money to someone who's service I can rely on! What if there is an emergency and someone is trying to contact me, I am screwed as of now!

I go to school In Brooklyn Ms and I have the WORST cell coverage around. No signal to even send texts. But it works perfectly fine in the town of hattiesburg. It gets very frustrating.

Almost no reception on base. Every once in a heat while I get a blip of service but not for long.

When outside I can possible get 3 to 4 bars, but about the time get started with a call, the signal drops to 0 bars and cuts me off. I have been with AT and T for years but the reception hs gotten awful and it seems they don't care. I am tired of paying for something I cannot use.

No 3G service at ALL with AT&T. My friend just switch to Verizon Wireless and has 3G all over the place! What the crap AT&T! My contract is almost up in a week, and I will be going to Verizon Wireless.

i live here in hollandale ms. the reception here is terrible with Verizon. I was sitting in my house trying to make a call no service. anytime I am on hwy 438, hwy 1, hwy 61 no service. this is like throwing money away. paying for something that you can't use.

I have AT&T and live in the Eastover area of northeast Jackson, MS and it is unbelievable that we cannot get cell phone coverage in this area. Inside my home, my cell phone won't ring, but I occassionally get an alert saying that I have a voicemail because my cell phone never rang. When driving the short 2.5 miles from my home to Interstate 55N, my calls drop in two... TWO separate locations every single time. AT&T service in this area and many others is atrocious and I am looking at other alternatives right now.

Can not get reception in my house or in the Endville area with AT&T. Son has Verizon and he has full tower strength.
