No reception with T-Mobile in Lake Forest. Sometimes I get reception at the post office, but usually not until I am within a mile of I-55.

I roam in my house and within a 2 block radius. No or poor reception on Sprint network near the house. I have to drive to the south side of the park to get a signal. Numerous complaints and a repair ticket have led to nothing other than complete frustration. I echo all other complaints to the effect of "worst customer service ever".

Our entire city has no signal with any carrier with the exception of alltel. And even they are very weak.

verizon has two towers down HWY 160 My contrct with Cingular will soon be up got to deside on staying with Cingular or going with verizon. Can not use my cell phone in this area. Please build more towers! Thanks

We have Cingular and In Oregon County, MO If you are in the towns of Thayer or Alton you can get service but outside of Thayer going East we are out of luck. Service is poor to none.

I switched from Cingular to Verizon because we thought the service would be better. We at least had a single once in a while with Cingular. None on S. Lake Dr.Valle Lake with Verizon. We can get a signal if we drive to higher locations in the area. None here in the valley and none many places between Festus and Bonne Terre on Hwy. 67. Verizon is not good in this area.

WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I "upgraded" phones and in exchange for a $150 rebate that never came am stuck with the "hometown carrier" for 2 more years. I spent hours on the phone with worthless representatives trying to explian that I was owed money only to find out it was their fault the rebate was never issued... they offered me a $5 discount on my next monthes bill then tried to sell me another line of service... no wonder you are losing money.

I can get spotty reception on Y Hwy, but none at the house or dock. Will try Verizon this weekend, heard Alltel works well in area, however not available in St. Louis.

I recently subscribed to Verizon but had no reception at the lake unless I was out in the middle of the lake or at a high elevation. I was able to cancel my contract with Verizon and will switch to Cingular. Both my brothers have Cingular and have wonderful reception all over the lake.

DSL phone get NO reception out here. Only the old analog phones pick up anything, but their recption goes in and out. A GSM tower is needed!
