The new house, and property are great. Cell coverage is absolutely non-existant. I have Sprint, wife has AT&T, sons have US Cellular, and youngest daughter has Verizon. My oldest daughter who lives in Omaha, has Alltel... she is the ONLY one who has enough signal to use her phone. If I turn my phone on at home, my battery will last about 3 hours because the phone is constantly looking for signal. We bought a $270 signal repeater, and it does not improve anyone's service. Thank God landlines work! My phone cannot even tell me the time of day out here!

Called T-Mobile several times regarding 0 bars. There are 7 towers within 1 mile of location, per tmobile. They admit there is poor reception, through their own engineering survey, but don't plan to fix the signal problem

As others have mentioned, Brookside townhomes have TERRIBLE reception! I don't get any. The staff will tell you that they're getting it fixed, but haven't done anything about it. Unless you like paying over $500 a month for rent (per person) and going outside or standing by a window still to have your call dropped, DO NOT live at brookside! It will get old fast.

With my new iphone, I have little to no reception. We need an AT&T tower in the worse way. We're still dealing with dial-up for our computer connection.

We have to travel a mile or so to get a signal. Verizon has 4 bars though! I am considering switching after more than 13 years with ATT / Cingular.

If I take the cover off the back of my phone and leave it for a few minutes I might get 1 bar. Enough for a text. If I attempt to dial, it says I don't have service. There is a tower very close to us, but for some reason it doesn't reach. My sons phone is identical and his reception is better than mine. Go figure... he gets 2bars on his phone. But you have to stay still to talk to someone. I am looking for a different company to host all our cell phones and am having trouble trying to find the best coverage. I don't care what phone or what company. I just want to be able to use my phone and not miss phone calls.

At&T has poor reception around the Willow Springs area. I used to get reception and now I have to wait to go into town for spotty reception.

3G went into Rolla, MO, but not to their tower that is about 3 miles SW of Walmart in town. Please, AT&T, extend 3G to that tower (off CC road). It is the only way we can use our computer and I imagine a sizable chunk of others would be able to use theirs too (i.e. people in parts of Rolla, Doolittle, Newburg and surrounding areas).
