I switched to Cingular GSM service 4 months ago. My old AT&T worked great in Syracuse, NE. My new phone works great in China and Taiwan, but is in a dark hole in Syracuse, NE and within a 22 to 35 mile radius. A shame that Asians are treated better than US citizens. It was the worst mistake I have ever made with regards to Cellular Service decisions.

There is absolutely no Cellular One reception in town. The reception has gone downhill drastically in the last year. There used to be some reception, now we get no bars at all.

We have no coverage in Belden NE from cellone or alltel. So it don't matter who you have. The city put a tower up south of town but no one is on it.

Why can't Alltel get better signals on Hwy. 20. I commute everyday to Sioux City and the coverage on 20 sucks. Cellularone is sucky according to friends that use them. I see towers along the highway but they look empty. Do you cellular company people read this stuff???????? Why can't we get what we pay for when we get these phones and contracts??????? There's all kinds of traffic on this highway!!

I noticed with my Sprint PCS All America plan that I did not get any signals except at the tops of hills and near I 29.

Works inside Lincoln, then bam - - nothing until the other side of Nebraska City. Why I ever switched to Cingular, I don't know. Should have checked out the coverage first.

No recpetion at home at 156th and Harrison or in office at 72nd and mercy. Frequent drops. 84th St.drops. Interstate Drops. 132nd and Harrison drops. SMT5600 better than mpx flavor.

Terrible in Bellevue and most of Omaha. Only works good in west Omaha.

No network at all between Blair and Valley, Kennard, Arlington, and Fremont, NE.
