Reception was fine with my old AT&T account. What happened when Cingular took over?

I've noticed Verizon has some weird dead spots (zones) within Vegas / Henderson. Every time I'm driving South on 95 my phone cuts out between lake mead and college drive exits. Also Near Railroad pass on the way to boulder city it cuts also. I didn't have this problem with Sprint.

No reception at all around here. Kinda ridiculous! Cant even use my phone at my house.

Um hello Sprint where is your service in this part of town? I know several people who have left Sprint because of there poor / no service in this part of town.

Has dropped calls at that spot for years.

Worst place to be with a cell phone.

Friday nights at 1930 pm, you can't place a call. Every Friday night going home from the hospital.

I get no reception at all in my house. One bar showing if any and cuts out as soon as I dial. Half to stand in the yard just to get 2 to 3 bars showing and it still shuts off. Neat little phone but it's going back to the dealer tonight. I'm not paying $50 per month for this kind of service.

With Sprint I get no service anywhere in southern Nevada except Las Vegas and surrounding area. My husband called about this two years ago and they said they were working on getting more towers, but still nothing. It would be nice to be able to call and check on my daughter when we are on our hunting trips.

No bars, no reception anywhere near my home. I receive voice mails days later. Very disappointed and am going to switch, but to which carrier? I need coverage in this area and which carrier can provide coverage in the Anthem area?
