I'm just outside downtown Milford and I don't get any reception that I can even make a call with until I get outside of downtown Milford heading east toward 101-A. I get 0-1 bars only inside my home.

No Reception, dead spot. The Town of Alton refuses to allow a cell tower to be erected on Mirimeche hill that would service this area. The town's reason? People would be able to see it from other parts of town. Furthermore, the town has an illegal ordinance that will not allow a cell tower to be erected that is taller than 10' above the tree line surrounding it. This is a very Bizarre ordinance, since it is exclusionary, it defies logic since trees grow and cell towers don't, and it has no engineering study behind it to support it. This town is spending MY tax dollars to fight an application to erect a cell tower at this location in court. They are fighting a cell tower that I want erected since I live here, have absolutely no use of my cell phone while at home, and my land-line, cell phone and long distance VoiP phone are costing me a fortune every month. There's gotta be a law against what's going on here! The town will continue to spend public money to fight this in court just to delay its construction, knowing full well that the town will eventually lose this battle and the tower will be erected. If the town does not approve this application and tower construction by April 1, 2010, I intend to circulate a petition to be signed by all year-round and seasonal residents of the area, and on the petitioners' behalf, I will file a class action suit against the Town of Alton for wasting taxpayer money and for blocking tower approval and construction with arbitrary arguments and ordinances that are contrived, exclusionary and have no merit.

The only place I can get service with T-Mobile is in school, where I can't use my phone anyway. In my house, I can sit in the closet with my phone upside down and I will SOMETIMES get 1 bar. the sound quality is poor when making calls also. Plus, T-Mobile has a reoccurring problem with turning of texting. They can't keep track of how many texts I use up, so the randomly turn it off and on so I have to pay more money to add more texts every month. If you are planning on having T-Mobile in Exeter, lets just say you are screwed. I strongly reccomend At&t, Verizon, or Sprint instead. their phones are cheaper, they get service, and they have a wider selections of phones to buy.

I bought my T-Mobile phone last night and have not had one bar since I got it! I am very disappointed in the service. I have a cell phone so that I have something for emergencies, but what good is this? Very disappointed!
