On Vincent Drive (Grove Street intersection) in Clifton, NJ, anyone that comes to my house with Nextel service gets zero reception. However, my wife has a Nextel Radio / Cell - Blackberry unit that, at times, gets Nextel Radio reception here at the house. I just got a company i830 Motorola cell / radio phone with Nextel Radio and Verizon cell phone service. I get no service on the radio and minimal reception on my cell phone.

I got no reception anywhere around the So. Mt. Reservation. I also had a terrible time with customer service who said they were sending someone out to my home!! Although they told me twice, it did not happen and took weeks before I found "an associate" at Nextel to let me return the phone. I have not received a bill, but since I was never activated, I hope the trial by fire is over.

We have FOUR different Sprint model phones and not one can pick up a signal(even roaming). The reception has only gotten worse over the years. Both myself and my husband work in the field and travel NJ and Phila PA area. There is no longer a 20 minute block of time that our "mobile" phone will work consistently! How pathetic are these companies- the more they advertise their great coverage the worse the coverage gets! Over the years I have brought these issues to their attention and at the end of each conversation with "customer service" the responsibility has been put back on me- to go to a store and update phone, buy a new phone, etc. Each time I am informed by Sprint that their reports conflict with what is actually happening in the field. Sprint's dead spot coexist with those of Verizon in the Jackson area and in 8 years I have almost as many dead spots as those with GOOD reception. What do we do????

I am in NJ on business and I have had no problems with Sprint until I hit NJ. In Ft. Lee, its hit or miss. Sometimes I have a weak signal, most of the time I have none. In Englewood Cliffs my Sprint phone is useless as I have no connection or signal at all. If I lived here I would have to switch to Verizon ot ATT.

up until 3 weeks ago the signal was super strong, 5 bars all the time. Now as soon as I get in the area, I go to data roaming and 5 minutes later I have no signal at all. don't know what happened but I hope it gets fixed soon, I can't spend all this money and not be able to use the phone due to poor service.

no voice service for last two weeks what an outrage. Company says they are changing the towers over to 4g. I did get one call through only to be dropped in the middle of conversation. Some of my neighbors are moving over to verizon. They cannot tell when service will be restored. How do you have data service but no voice service.
