Extremely poor to no reception inside the home. Verizon network invariably drops calls. If you live in Westampton area and make or receive call from inside your home, verizonwieless is useless. I talked to Verizonwireless tech support confirmed the problem after writing the trouble ticket and completing the investigation. I also went to Verizonwireless B&M store, and they were of no help.
None from home, 1 in the street. There is no reception in our section of Whiting. Actually, most of Whiting has very minimal reception. There is a proposal to build a cell tower off of Rt. 539 so perhaps reception will be available but in the last 6 yrs since I've been here I am forced to turn off my phones in the house since my batteries will drain and I cannot make or receive calls.

There is no service in my cubicle in Monvale,no service while I drive up the hill to DiPierros Farm, and no service on the parkway halfway home. I'm on my sixth phone in two years with the same outcome. I'm good whenever I go shopping in Woodcliff Lake. I guess its a case of getting what you pay for. Laura Burroughs

I have talked several times to Verizonwireless Tech Help people but they have not been able to solve the people. The strange part of this is that whenever I get out of my home, I get five bars but inside my home, I get dropped calls or no service. Inside my home, I get no bars at all. Does anyone have the same problem? Would appreciate any hepful tips to solve this. It is driving me nuts.
