Within a few minutes of any phone conversation, the call will drop or I will lose 5-15 seconds of the conversation due to static. I am on the 17th floor and even when I go by the window, the service is utterly unreliable. I don't know if it is my phone, AT&T, or my building but it is very frustrating.

No signal in the house or out side, only AT&T got signal

D.E.A.D.! If there was a word that describe something as deader than dead, that would be more accurate to describe cell phone reception in Mantua. I have to drive at least a mile in any direction away from my neighborhood to get any reception. My phone actually teases me. It baits me with one bar, but once I hit Send for a call or text, that bar goes away and that call is dropped before it even starts ringing or that text is dropped. And Verizon actually told me they are gonig to do NOTHING about it. Verizon is corrupt garbage. If you live in that zip code and you have Verizon, DROP THEM!

There is no voice reception but there is data weird!

The worst drop every call, have to maintain a landline, ATT unresponsive to complaints, they recommend buying a mini cell enhancer for $120.00 from them and 20.00 more a month to use. Just want what I pay for, totally disgusted!

When I moved here 2 years ago, I had Verizon and the reception was awful. A lot of people had no problems with AT and T, so I switched to them. Well for a year or more the service has been worse than Verizon was. I don't understand how that can happen. Now which company?

Nada since 730am

No sooner than I get within a few doors of my office, my reception shuts down entirely. I will sporadically get blips of connectivity wherein I will receive a dozen text messages, but then the coverage drops no sooner than I try to respond. This hasn't always been the way - just over the past 48 hours.
