Verizon shows full coverage in my (07005) zip code, but I do not have coverage until I go into town about 1 mile away. They refused to let me out of my contract so I paid for no coverage for 15 months. Great company... not!

I hate the service from cigular. The people working for that company don't know what they are doing or how to work around your problems. The phone gets absolutely no service in most of the Toms River area and parts of Bayville. What is the point of even having a phone?

nextel has very poor service in thid town just 10 minutes from philly. worst service ever.

I don't have a viable signal within 4 blocks of my residence in every direction.

Most of the time one bar, sometimes 1 bar.

There are serious dead spots in many parts of Glen Rock. Even AM radio signals are week, especially near the intersection of Maple and Rock. A new tower has been under consideration for more than a year.

There is no reception for Cingular GSM in this area. I need to travel further south on Grove St. and finally pick up reception around the Grove St. Rt 3 interchange.

Lately having problems with Verizon. Even in my house constantly searching for Service. Called the Customer Service and the constant answers is dial *228 and select option #2 or Option #1 depending on to the person. Watiing for the contract period to be over to switch to Cingular. Gettin good reviews about it from neighbors. finally Verizon customer service sucks and rude.

The service is terrible in this area. It's a complete dead spot. Most people in and around this area have Verizon because they believe it provides the best coverage. Does it... I don't know, but I know it sucks for me. Not to mention that they have the worst, and I mean the worst customer service that I've ever dealt with in any business faction. They repeatedly make mistakes on your bill and it is extremely difficult to get them to remove the charges. I once had to pay the innacurate billing in order for them to reimburse me because they"couldn't remove the charges from the bill because the billing departement is a separate entity." A soon as you sign on to Verizon for service you better hope you don't have to deal with customer service because you will regret it!
