I have been ATT customer since last 4 years. It was good when I was in TX. Since last year, when I moved to Newport, connection has been worst at its best. I have been cursing ATT since last year. I rarely get calls when I am in jersey city. Its bit better in NYC, but still not good. I want to change to Verizon, hope its good though.

No reception at all inside of Mack and Manco's Pizza on the boardwalk in Ocean City, NJ (between 8th and 9th streets). Very poor reception or none at all outside of Mack and Manco's on the boardwalk and near the music pier. Seems that powering my Blackberry off and rebooting helped and maybe sync'd to a different tower. Not certain. Hard to believe that AT&T has such horrible service in a place with so many visitors (millions) throughout the summer months. I shouldn't have to re-init my phone to get service, and that didn't always help.

After you leave NYC via the Lincoln tunnel, you start to lose connectivity and about 2 minutes later total loss of AT&T signal. Phone calls consistently disconnect and surfing is non existent for about 7 miles. I believe it is Secaucus, NJ.

There is no service around Harborside Financial Center. I cannot make, receive any phone call in the building. People who has Verizon have no problem with iphone.

Changed from T-Moble to Verizon to get better reception. At first is was a huge improvement. For the past year I have had 0 bars!. I am sooooo frustrated, What The _____ Verizon??

We have FOUR different Sprint model phones and not one can pick up a signal(even roaming). The reception has only gotten worse over the years. Both myself and my husband work in the field and travel NJ and Phila PA area. There is no longer a 20 minute block of time that our "mobile" phone will work consistently! How pathetic are these companies- the more they advertise their great coverage the worse the coverage gets! Over the years I have brought these issues to their attention and at the end of each conversation with "customer service" the responsibility has been put back on me- to go to a store and update phone, buy a new phone, etc. Each time I am informed by Sprint that their reports conflict with what is actually happening in the field. Sprint's dead spot coexist with those of Verizon in the Jackson area and in 8 years I have almost as many dead spots as those with GOOD reception. What do we do????

One more month and I'm done with this POS company. Enter any building and lose signal. Tmob has good phones but what is the point if the coverage is the effing worst. When I lose service, other people with different companies have full bars. Don't even ask about 4G! First they have to fix there 3G. I'm always on Edge. Stay away from this Tmobile.

Reception is terribly poor for calls, texting and online.

No Reception at my home. Calls going directly to voicemail or give false ring to callers..missed so many important calls... Stupid service..go them hell.

Coverage about a 1 / 4 mile closer to cell tower - coverage area drops signifigantly and becomes unreliabe in the summer months
