Horrible reception. Most of the time my SE T610 displays "No Network" or "No Access". Could be due to being close to the South Mountain Reservation. However, my partner has a Samsung R225 with T-Mobile and he usually has 1 to 3 bars. T-Mobile refuses to give me another phone model. They will only replace the my phone with the same model (which they have and I still get no reception inside my house). Poor customer service. Will go to another carrier when contract is up in a few months.

I never have reception in my house, shady in all spots along Route 53. I have tried 4 different phones all to with same problems. AT&T is pathetic.

No Reception inside any establishments around the Broad Street area. T-Mobile is aware of the issue but hasn't done anything about it for a couple of months now. We were supposed to use our phones for our business.

I drop calls all the time with this phone! It's absolutely unreliable!

I used to get great reception but ever since I changed from Motorola to LG, I hardly ever even get a bar. I work in Bound Brook and anytime I try to call out, I get a message for emergency only. I don't know if it's the service or the phone, but either way as soon as my contract is up I'm switching both.

In this section of Warren and Sussex, there is no reception from T-Mobile.

I don't get reception in my house. I get one bar when I am outside my house.

In good part of Hunterdon County I get bad service, disconnects. With this new motorola phone it's even worse.

T-Mobile is horrible where I live and work in Bergen County. Trying to find cell service that provides more consistent coverage.

No reception in Livingston High School, or anywhere around that area. No reception on Northfield, South Orange Ave, Hobart Gap Ave., Belmont. Also no reception in Morristown Beard High School.
