Called customer service - they mentioned their maps show decent service around my house. But NO service on my phone! They are going to send a rep to check whether there are any technical issues. I have 5 more days left in the trial period - Will most likely cancel the service since the rep is not going to get something working in a day.

Usually no signal, but occasionally gets a bar or two depending on location and can check voicemail (as long as I don't need to talk).

Absolutely no reception for any phone provider.

No signal inside or outside the house. I have to drive almost 3/4 of a mile north to get reception. No calls ever come in.

I would love to call the Veizon clown who advetises to show me where the signal is in my area. If I am close to the window I get 1 bar occasionally, quickly it flips to - No service.

No reception inside any stores, buildings, restaurants, and apartments in this area. You have to go outside to get any signal and to check how many voicemails you have. HELP!!!

Stephen King should have written "The Dead Zone" about this signal blackhole! There isn't enough signal to even make my meter even twitch.

This is the absolute worst. The customer service reps are morons. They told me GSM is the latest and runs of satelites.
