Calls drop like clockwork as you crest the hill on Rt 280 East and Mt. Pleasant Ave in West Orange. Use to only happen 10% of the time, now its 100%.

Inside the Ledgewood Mall -- No reception

I've been with Sprint for over 5 years and have always had great service everywhere I went in NJ, UNTIL last year when I moved to Jackson. We get absolutely NO service in Jackson. I have to wait until I get out on I-195 to use my phone. Unfortunately, I've read of no better service from any other carrier, so I guess I can't switch. :(

what the hell, I though Verizon is known as "can you hear me now" I guess someone should tell them.. no..no we cant

Terrible service. I've got to go out to my driveway to place a call and even then the signal is poor. Calls are frequently dropped.

I just moved into the Newport area almost a month ago from Houston, TX (where T-Mobile service had been excellent) but here I rarely get one or two Bars on my phone. Most of my calls goes directly to my mailbox and I don't even get message alerts until it is already 2-5 hrs after. I have to stand by my Living room window to be able to get a weak signal (if I am lucky) to make a call. I have been trying to cancel my service but one of their Rep. renewed my Contract without my Authorization and without even informing me, after I requested that my plan be upgraded to 1000mins from 400mins. I only found out about it one month later when I called back to downgrade my service plan. Hopefully they won't give me a hard time for cancelling my account otherwise they are looking for a lawsuit to be filed.

My older sanyo 5400 got average to poor reception, skipping words, with infrequent drops, this LG tho, the entire area is dead, even standing out in a clearing outside and less than a 1 / 4 mile from the nearest tower, line of sight, somehow it still can barely manage a single, weak bar, and its not just my phone, two friends have 325's and get the exact same performance.

Reception inside the building structures is non-existant unless you are by a window

Reception was good until last Friday. Since then, no signal. Any one else who has experienced this problem?

NO reception at my daughters school and the public library. Also, no reception or spotty reception on parts of valley road.
