Even outdoors, you barely get any signal at all in most of the town. Indoors, forget about it. You are lucky if your phone isn't chirping every 10 seconds because it is switching to analog. I tried to make a call from the intersection of Forest and Main once and I actually went to roaming! I've called Verizon about this and never received any help whatsoever. All I got was excuses.

I couldn't get any reception with Cingular, but a friend of mine had excellent reception with Verizon and an LG phone, so I switched. He still get's good reception with Verizon, but I can't get reception at all, even with Verizon, so I'm going to try and switch phones. (I've already brought it to a store and had it reprogramed.) In the meantime, another friend of mine has been getting excellent reception in my location with Cingular. What am I doing wrong?

T-mobile sucks! Every other carrier works. Customer service is useless.

This is the black hole of wireless cell phones. It is near impossible to use our cell phones at home. Only on rare occasion when the planets are aligned do we get any reception and if we do chances are that the call will be dropped mid sentence. In other words, cell phones are worthless at this location.

Constantly losing calls. In the month of May I lost over 32 calls. Horriable service for someone who lives and works in the Ridgewood Area. Verizion Customer Service is a JOKE as they insist there is service in that area, but yet refuses to look into all the claims of poor service. When going to the local Verizion Wireless Store I was told that is a constant complaint in that area, but yet AGAIN Verizon Customer Support refuses this claim. GOOD LUCK!

There is no reception in this entire area. I am CONSTANTLY dropping calls and / or no service. I have updated the phone several times and even had the Verizion store in Paramus update the software with no luck or change in my service. Dealing with their customer service has led me no where but chasing my own tail. NOT GOOD AT ALL.

Useless. Had to cancel. Poor customer service to boot. On top of it, I was overcharged for the plan I signed up for.
