I use the iPhone 4. It has the worst reception here in Exchange Pl. Jersey City. My Phone battery drains off as it keeps on searching for network. I cant accept any calls when I am in office. If I have to use my cell phone, I have to go down and outside my building to use it. I have been At&T customer for 2 years now. But I hate it now, and to break this stupid contract of theirs I need to pay $250. Please dont use AT&T.

consistently from zero to one bar Sprint really needs to improve service here with the ML campus of 6,000 people and the new hospital to open soon

ATT sucks so bad. Inside anyTemple U building I get no service. Not a damn thing. Outside, I gst tiny pockets of signal barely strong enough to send a text. I can never call and never use the net. Such a waste of money. My friend can stream HQ youtube videos next to me while I can not do anything because I have no signal.

Stop and Shop / County Line Rd. intersection, Jackson, NJ 08527 Sun Mar 06, 2011

The Post Office and Stop and Shop are both black holes when it comes to cell phone reception. It is a known practice to see patrons say their goodbyes on their cell phones prior to entering the shopping center where they will never be heard from again until checkout. I must make sure I have a plan of attack before engaging on my quest for groceries because calling back home to ask if we have milk is not an option. It is a shame that Verizon wireless would allow this to go on for so long while they try to portray a strong network. I say the truth is in the pudding, but just make sure you are not in the frozen food section when you get this revelation. You wont be able to dial out.

phone dies in hours after charging due to searching for service and entering service. step outside in the morning to multiple voicemails with no missed calls, text messages stored from the night previous but not recieved until outside or 1-2 miles away from home. it seems that reception gets worse on a daily basis. I live in sight of a tower and have no bars, searching for service constantly. fed up with verizon, Sprint and AT&T are just as bad if not a little worse. what other options are out there???

Horrible reception at Exchange place next to Goldman Sachs, right across from ground zero / hudson river, prime financial HQ and buisness hotspot. How could ATT ignore this area? I have had ATT for 10 years now planning to give it up.

I am in NJ on business and I have had no problems with Sprint until I hit NJ. In Ft. Lee, its hit or miss. Sometimes I have a weak signal, most of the time I have none. In Englewood Cliffs my Sprint phone is useless as I have no connection or signal at all. If I lived here I would have to switch to Verizon ot ATT.
