I can get maybe one bar of reception if I go upstairs next to a window. Good enough for a 30 second in and out conversation. Leaving T-Mobile soon for Verizon because they have absoluetly no plans to build another tower in my area thugh I've asked repeatedly.
Tmobile has too many dead spots as you go west of journal square area. There is no reception when you are inside a building and have to come out of your home to speak. I was told they needed a new transmitter station but not going to happen for a while. Sucks.
