I have been with T-Mobile since 1999 and NEVER had a problem until now. It has been a week today that the problem has not been rectified. The minute I come home from work and hit my area all bars are gone. They suggested to get a new phone-- guess what? It's not the phone still having the same problem. Any suggestions? I am currently sending the FCC a complaint.

At one time the reception in this area was at best average. Now I have 0-1 bar inside and 1 bar outside. From reading other reviews it would appear that Verizon is going to lose a good number of contracts in the south west quadrant of Oradell at renewal time. Multiple calls to Verizon have failed to resolve the problem and they will not tell you location of towers. All they tell me is that cell phones are not meant to be used in a home or building.
Used to have reception. Max 1 bar now and calls drop constantly it is a real dead zone. Tried to call Sprint from my cell to complain about coverage but had to use my home line as could not get a strong enough signal. (that should say it all)

told for more than 8 months this area was slated for improved service. look at the cell phone tower list. not one tower even remotely close to this heavily used throughfare. still I receive no service near my home. for the most densely populated county in the country T-Mobile should be ashamed of the service they priovide to their customers.
