Oak Ridge-Milton NJ / Oak Ridge Rd-Berkshire Valley Rd. intersection, Oak Ridge, NJ 07438
Thu Dec 21, 2006
Dead zone the whole length of the valley, from Rt 23 to Rt 15, and up Ridge Rd (Glen Rd) through to Sparta. I complained and they sent a technician, who confirmed the lack of service. Nextel then said they had no plans to do anything about it for the next 2 years. I think Sprint wants to cripple them, and have everybody move to Sprint.
This is an absolute dead zone for T-Mobile. When I reach this crossroad my phone just drops everything. I work very close to this spot and ocassionally when the planets line up right and my phone is in the exact right location in my office (usually near a window) it may tell me if if I have a new voicemail or text message. But move the phone even a little bit and *poof* no signal.
Saddle River Rd. / Pretty Much the Entire Length of the St. intersection, Fair Lawn, NJ 07410

moved here recently and am now very disapointed to find out that I have to either sit under one specific tree which some how is the only place that I have found cell service or I must pay for an additional line in my house. Verizon refused to do any thing about the situation even though I have been a customer for over 7 years
