NO reception indoors. Have to walk 200 feet to the road to get the slightest reception. Constant dropped calls. Verizon works indoors but AT&T has no signal at all.

Switched from Verizon to AT&T for the Iphone 3G. My mistake, it went from flawless reception with Verizon to no reception with AT&T. Luckily I have 30 days to decide whether to keep AT&T or get a refund. I wouldn't recommend AT&T for anyone living in Queens.

I cant believe how bad AT&T sucks here. I am in the 10th floor and dont get any reception in my office, which located not very far from the window. Verizon has better indoor and tunnel coverage and also in the boroughs. these stupid guys that do the engineering there must go back to school. it was much better last year..

Bought a Tracfone, a Motorola W370 and had great service since Feb. 20th O8. Always had 4 to 5 bars and could make and receive calls anywhere Got the same identical phone for my mom in June 08. Ported her number to it and activated the phone. Delivered the phone to her and found it had NO service. Checked my phone and it also had NO service. Both phones have a C4 SIM card in them, which allows acess to the At&t / Cingular Network. Called the local AT&T Cell Phone store and they said they had complaints of several customers without service, but all towers were up and running. When my mother's phone does work it will have 4 to 5 bars and the calls go through, otherwise NO service and calls try to go to an unactivatted voicemail account. I've tried talking to At&t, Tracfone and no solutions as yet. It appears that we may have been bouncing off a Canadian tower, which is just across the river, but now may have been blocked from using it. Who knows. AT&T and Rodgers of Canada may have not reached a roaming agreement to allow these phones to work. Right now there is an area from Ogdensburg, NY 13669 to almost Alexandria Bay, NY 13607 a distance of nearly 50 miles that I don't get any network signal or coverage. There is one spot in Morristown on State Hwy. 37 where I do get a 2 bar signal. I don't understand why there isn't better coverage. From Ogdensburg, NY 13669 I can make and receive calls from anywhere, but starting just west outside city limits NO service to almost Alexandria Bay, NY. Apparently Verizon customers do not have this problem. Hopefully AT&T will do somethng to help their customers who have agreements with them. The Tracfone, Motorola W370 is a GSM compatible, Tri band phone that operating on 850 / 1800 / 1900 Mzh and more than meets the requirements for the AT&T system. Just NO service or the roaming aggrements between AT&T and Rodgers of canada havae been cancelled. Who knows. Respectfully submitted.

Reception is poor ! 3G does not work in this area. The towers here do not support 3g. I spent my money buying the 3g phone and the only way I can use my phone is by turning it off. This is the worst service ever. The company has refused to install any new towers. I am going to call and cancel due to their poor service.' My phone does not work. I did not know that I had no service for about 2 complete days. It works once in a while but with the 3g off.

I can't get any reception at home and the service doesn't even pick up Rogers in Canada, unless I am on main street and than I have to pay roaming fees. A tower needs to be put in the center of town, or at least close by. I know people who have Verizon service and never have a problem.

Today, 06 / 21 / 08, I talked to an AT&T person at the local AT&T store this morning and he said that he has received several complaints of Cell Phones not working. Also said a Cell Tower was down, but should be up and working within a couple days. How long should it take to get service back up and running? No service since 06 / 02 / 08.
