Absolutely zero indoor reception (including main floor, upper floors, next to windows), not even enough to receive a text message. I frequently have to walk half a block from my building to get even a single bar of service. Standing outside doesn't help either.

No reception always trying to roam very frustrating. Drops calls switching from Sprint to roam. Sprint is horrible to deal with lies about coverage and bait and switch sales tactict to get you to upgrade.

I can't get any reception at home and the service doesn't even pick up Rogers in Canada, unless I am on main street and than I have to pay roaming fees. A tower needs to be put in the center of town, or at least close by. I know people who have Verizon service and never have a problem.

I used to have excellent reception in this area, but 4 weeks ago it evaporated. T-mobile's tech support was bad and they could not fix the problem or even update on the status. So, I am switching to another provider.

Today, 06 / 21 / 08, I talked to an AT&T person at the local AT&T store this morning and he said that he has received several complaints of Cell Phones not working. Also said a Cell Tower was down, but should be up and working within a couple days. How long should it take to get service back up and running? No service since 06 / 02 / 08.

Right now I get NO reception between Ogdensburg, NY 13669 and Morristown, NY 13664, in the area of Ivy Ridge. Cannot make or receive calls. My own personal phone worked before, got a new phone for my mother and now No signal for either of them in that area. The new tower mentioned on Feb. 11, 2008 must be out of service. Sent an email to Verizon, but NO replies as yet. Doupt I'll get one.

The reception here is aweful.... .there is none. We have been promised for the last 5 years that we willl get a cell phone tower... . As for the phone... ..it is a really bad model... I highly dont suggest it... I have to replace it and it is only 6 months old.
