No reception inside most of the Flushing Best Buy Store on 40th Road.

If I don't want to roam. I get nothing. I have to go down into the city to get a signal. There is a tower a little over a mile from me, but I still in Roaming most of my time. If I roam I can get good signal most of the time.

network went out yesterday. "Restricted Service". like a few years ago.

Appalling Cell service inside my house I might get one bar on a good day Cannot make calls from home, have to get in the car and drive 5 mins to get a reception With modern technology... . That doesn't sound right!

AT&T is HORRIBLE! I would NEVER tell anyone to look into them. Dropped calls, call failed, horrible call quality, horrible customer service, etc. I'm about to head over to the Verizon store and pick up the Incredible and bring my 4 other lines with me!

Reception was poor / non existent from Utica through Seqouit, NY en route to Leonardsville, NY 13364, where there has been No reception. Even with a new cell tower in view of the kitchen window!

I don't know where the previous commenter got their information, but there is NO signal in or around the village of Redfield. There is a spotty / weak signal at a few points at the outskirts of town, but even those you must be stopped and have clear weather to make a call.

I get no reception at all. The phone might as well be a paper weight.
