I have been a happy T Mobile customer, never any problem, always reception with little exceptions. If its up to me, I would never leave them but since 3 days, I have no reception at home. I heard more people in Washington Heights, who had reception before, lost it and need to switch. Anyone have an idea how to find out about a "lost" tower?

The phone is effectively unusable. 99% failure or dropped. If I do connect with someone, one party cannot hear the other. The other day it took 8 calls to 611, AT&T customer service, to connect where we could hear each other. This call dropped, too. I'm on the 3rd floor of a brownstone on the upper east side of Manhattan, not in some granite cave five miles under the earth. Good grief, AT&T wireless service sucks. What's interesting is that the reception indicator shows 4 or 5 bars. I'm calling BS on that. Also, AT&T now requests that you download an Ap to send them a notice every time a call fails or is dropped. I don't want to be a network engineer, particularly an unpaid one.

T-Mobile has a terrible signal, I get little to no signal on my Motorola V3 at the intersection of Wavecrest Dr.and Grassmere Drive. I called T-Mobile about this and it doesn't appear they plan on doing anything about it.

Lets get moving here! No service at all! Maybe Verizon and the CLFD get together with Obama for some stimulus money before it is too late.

Rt 3 Library, Cranberry Lake, NY 12927 Tue Jan 19, 2010

There is NO reception between Harrisville and Tupper Lake in the Adirondack mountains. Cranberry Lake was told there would be a cell tower behind the Fire Department on Rt. 3 - nothing has been done. Does an accident of magnitude have to happen before the safety of the community and those passing through have access to their cell phones? This is 2010 - let's keep Cranberry Lake and its surrounding villages filled not only beauty and wonder but safe and inviting to all. Can you hear me now??

Our Tracfones seldom are picking up reception in Morristown. we had great reception until late 2008. I have a cheap Nokia Canadian cellphone I use for our cottage in Quebec, it works great from the Morristown house. {pay as you go Petro Canada cell plan}. A bit expensive to use in Usa but it's great in an emergency! {cheap to use in Canada}.
