Reception was average up until last week. Currently have half or zero bars within a mile radius of home. Switching ASAP.

NONE in my apartment or along the Boardwalk. More and more dropped or incomplete calls all over the NYC area, too. VERIZON IS AWFUL and AWFULLY EXPENSIVE.

I have had service in this location for 9 years, and now nothing. Customer service rep said nothing has changed! Now stuck in a 2 year contract with a phone I can not use at home.

Little to no reception inside the house. Outside spotty. Dead zone includes our neaigborhood and about two miles of Ridge Rd.between Haviland and Sunnyside. Verizon has reportedly best reception in the area and two towers in Glens Falls. Want to try a new phone but Verizon will not provide a free trial period, there is a cancellation charge. There is reportedly a tower about 2 miles East of home but Verizon is not susbscribed. Frustration is increased as I don't get recpetion at work either, in Malta, New York(Balston Spa, Luther Forrest).

Fair to good reception in the Manor or on DeBruce Rd.between Manor and DeBruce. Spotty on Hunter Lake Road. Good in Liberty. But dead (like with all other carriers) once you get into the hollows. Essentially no reception on Mongaup Creek Road, but fair reception at Mongaup Pond.

last 3 years have been good... come back from overseas and reception is crap at best... can't use phone at residence... horrible...

When my grandmother fell and broke her hip, we couldn't communicate quickly, because of the POOR reception in Bedford.

Where I lived before AT&T was wonderful, and beat out ever other cell. No in South Otselic I cannot find a signal anywhere until I get half way to Norwich

i have to send multiple text messages several times, I receive voicemails from calls 8hrs later, drop calls, cannot make calls, ect. I am breaking my contract to sign on with Verizon.
