We recently moved from Chicago to Manhattan. AT&T service had been mostly reliable in Chicago, but is terrible in Manhattan. On street in front of our building, 'no service'. In various area on the streets, calls go directly to voice mail, and outgoing calls are impossible even when bars are strong. AT&T's network in Manhattan is in bad need of repair or upgrade. If it weren't for my beloved iPhone, I'd drop AT&T immediately.

No coverage for all of route 12e in Cape Vincent. Kept picking up Rogers communications, a Canadian company. You will be charged international rates if you connect to this network.

Samsung Behold (SGH-T919)
Shannon Blvd. / Yaphank-RockyPoint Rd. intersection, Yaphank, NY 11980 Wed Jul 22, 2009

There are some definitly old comments on here relating to ATT's performance here in Yaphank. No where in the area do I get any reception. I need to press resend about 5 times per text here in my home. Sometimes it will simply not send, and I just stop texting with whomever. ( Actual talking, is not even a consideration. This is not an exagaration)Its bad. And I get really really pissed off. I will say however that wherever else I am, I have fantastic service. I work all around the Island, from western Suffolk to Greenport and reception seems to follow me everywhere but home. Ive recently searched reception zones provided by ATT. It clearly shows no reception where I live. I guess its my own fault for not doing the research, but I can say I always will from now on.

AT&T is the worst! Constant dropped calls, and network busy when you try to call out. Plus terrible customer service. They try to act like there's nothing you can do about it and after 2 hours and 6 dropped calls to their customer service they would only refund me 1 month. I am not getting service worth $90 a month. It should be illegal for them to charge that much with no responsibility for their services

ABSOLUTELY NO RECEPTION in the Helmsley Building. This is ridiculous. Grand Central Terminal is directly across the street. And forget about data, my iPhone is constantly dying because it is always "Searching" for service. This is the worse service I have ever paid for.
