I get no reception here. We need some serious help! When will the people up in northern NYS be delivered. We need strategic placement of towers so that everyone can get reception.

We just moved to this area and our phones are useless. We have had Sprint for many many years but moving 13 miles from Troy now deems them useless. We are trying to work with Sprint to get out of our contract. Lost power here in the a couple of weeks ago, and not only was the our cell phone not working, but neither was our landline. Good think we didn't need the 911 service.

Absolutely NOTHING! I have to drive 30 miles out of town for it to work.

Verizon has no service in the whole lebanon valley. I have contacted them several times but it seems they have no real plans to install cellsites anytime soon. The only carrrier that somewhat works in this area is nextel.

No reception 90% of the time. Pretty much no reception inside any building downtown.

There is absolutely no service in this area. I want to change my service but Verizon wants me to pay 175 early Termination fee. They have no customer service I just don't think we should let them do this to us with their stupid contract and I would like to sue them.

Can not get any reception in Stone Ridge

Reception goes totally dead and drops your call. Does not seem to matter what phone you have or who your cell carrier is. This is very bad in an emergency.
