Every single call I make get dropped at least once in the course of our conversation. It takes 3+ minutes to load apps that use the web. Trying to load my twitter timeline today took more than 5 minutes. When I called to tell them about their service, they transferred me to about 6 different robot machines. When I finally spoke to a person she told me she couldn't do anything for me. I'm transferring to Verizon!

No reception in Stony Creek. Have to drive 15 mins to either parts of warrensburg or all the way down to Luzerne going into Lake George. Verizon gets a much better signal though, and my girlfriend gets service as soon as she crosses into Hadley (between stony creek and luzerne)

About two months ago, I finally made the switch from my 10+ year old T-Mobile phone (battery lasted almost two weeks, never dropped a single call) to one of the newest-latest when I realized I need Google Maps. How AT&T can even call itself a phone carrier, in the largest city in this country, is an outrage. I do not get reception in my house. On the top floor. With windows on all sides. And a skylight. AND THREE BARS. No incoming, no outgoing, messages come back hours later with the little "yield sign" telling me they were never sent. One day, after driving down to Red Hook and Ikea all day, I had four voicemails pop up around 8pm, FROM THE DAY BEFORE. I cannot get off this network soon enough. Shame on you, AT&T, sending me a "replacement" (read: refurb) phone, telling me "towers are down and being repaired" and so on and so forth. This is the largest city in the country. Get your act together, or charge less, or both, because you're going to lose as many customers as I can get in touch with... on a different network, believe you me. Sick.

I have never had good reception in my apartment, but that used to mean that I needed to keep my phone by the window and couldn't talk in the kitchen. Three weeks ago, I started having NO reception in my apartment - I have emergency-call-only service in all rooms of my apartment except for once in a blue moon in the back room by the window. Needless to say, it is absolutely ridiculous and there is not a thing I can do about it as long as my company is paying my phone bills. BALLS.

The service at my house is almost nonexistent with average of 2 bars at most. My office in Long Island City is even worse. My coworkers and I often have to go outside to even place a call as the phone is unable to get a signal and complete any calls. I am not even sure how to explain and validate to AT&T that the two places I spend 90% of my time in have no cellular service. How long AT&T can get away with this?

Was coming down the hill heading into Constableville expecting to call my father when I got close to his house for exact directions. When I got down the hill into Constableville I immediately went from 4 to 0 bars... Had to drive through Constableville to Boonville to place a call and get more specific directions

No reception whatsoever on the first floor back in the year 2005 when I first bought my first phone ever, I was 15 years old. As soon as you enter the building, phone showed that there is no service. Since I had no service back then I decided to switch to AT&T at the time. Well recently about a month ago, I decided to buy the cheapest prepaid T-Mobile plan to see if this problem has been fixed and because I want to leave AT&T... But as of right now year 2011, the problem hasn't been fixed! A problem that has been happening since 2005! Called T-Mobile explained it to them, that it has been years that my building never gets service from their network. They said the signal was weak in my area but they couldn't guarantee that they would install a new tower just for me. And then people wonder why they're a failing business? 6 years and they never corrected the problem. No wonder they're going out of business! However I don't agree with AT&T buying T-Mobile as I want to leave AT&T. It is better that another company buys T-Mobile so that the consumers can have another GSM choice besides AT&T! If AT&T buys T-Mobile then AT&T will have a monopoly over GSM phones period! No matter how good their service is after they merge! STILL A MONOPOLY OF GSM!

T-Mobile is horrendous pretty everywhere in Southampton. My friends using AT&T, Sprint or Verizon all get good signals when my phone has none.
