I just move in my apt. it is on the first floor. my cellphone does not work inside my apt.

The inner units of this building (meaning those facing the patios, not the street) get no reception from Cingular. It's worse on the lower floors. This has been the case for the last 3 years.

No reception beyond Caroline School (coming from Ithaca), through Slaterville and out to Richford. No reception from Richford to Harford Mills on Rt. 38 North. One spot east of Slaterville gets poor reception for a mile or two

I get emails but have no phone reception

No reception at house at the end of the road we have coverage.

This area "Brooklyn Heights Promenade" sucks for reception as a whole. The Clark St.intersection tho has no reception whatsoever..

Ground floor apt. facing rear-no reception. No subway platforms or elevators, either.

I live in the Woodhull NY area and work in the Addison NY area and within that 20-25 miles distance there is NO to very very small reception. You would think with all the money that Verizon wireless makes they would be able to put up an tower in these areas. Cell one has a tower in these areas because people that have cell one are able to receive and call out. I think it is about time that Verizon wireless puts up a tower in these areas. every time I see one of there commerical on how they have a huge network that stands behind them I say.. NOT IN ADDISON NOR WOODHULL

great service up until 4 weeks ago. now I cannot dial out, usually phone reads emergency service only.i want out of my contract!

Sometimes we get 1 bar--hardly enough to keep a conversation going for more than a few seconds of "Can you hear me now?!" Then the call is cut off. This was supposed to be a backup for me for emergencies. It is a total ripoff, and does not deserve to be called "service". I have complained to Verizon; they have acknowledged that Chappaqua and Briarcliff are known to have bad reception. Now how do I get them to void my 2 year contract?
