My wife constantly looses me when she is in a large store. reception is adequate on the 990, and in her car, and our home in West Amherst. Problem is that she spends her days in large stores or buildings!

Cingular does not have any reception at wellbrook ave. Once I move towards bradley ave, it starts getting 1-2 bars. There is a problem in this block with all carriers, but others atleast work to some extent.

Nearly every call is lost within seconds. Phone shows maximum bars for signal strength, but there seem to be too few circuits to actually handle a call when it comes in or goes out and then the phone searches for and switches to a tower too far away. Result: the call is dropped. Same thing happens to others in this area. "Can you hear me now?"... (silence)...

Virtually every call is lost within a few seconds of it's begining. Same for my wife's Samsung phone. As bad as Verizon is, the rest are no better as far as I know. That's no excuse for what amounts to fraud, as Verizon should tell people honestly that they will provide no useful and usable coverage in the area for the monthly fee. So: "Can you hear me now?" NO!

Cingular cut off the AT&T towers in my area. The AT&T towers were all that was living off of. The Cingular network gives me at most 1 bar of reception. My phone teases me with the T-Mobile network however which shows FULL bars, but of course I can't register because I am a Cingular customer. Turn back on the AT&T towers!
