163rd and Broadway, 3rd level. No service in my apt. and building from T-mobile. My MetroPCS phone - all 5 bars all around my apt and building. T-Mobile - No Service! Walked around the neighborhood (5-7 block radius) - Signal jumps between 2 bars and 5 bars... only few times got 3G signal.

Once had great coverage. Bars disappeared in the last two months. Have reset the phone etc. Which was no help.

We use to get pretty good reception. For the past 2 weeks or so we have NO bars and it says No Network.

No reception on most of Horseshoe Pond Rd even though map shows coverage. Only coverage near Charly Hill RD. There is a big town water tower in the middle of Horsehoe Pond Rd on a hill that should be used for cell tower.

I have no idea why there is no reception in this area. The Verizon fios guys came to install service, but they cannot active the service by their equipment due to no service for his cell phone and laptop. Super Sucks

No reception in center of town. North of town starting at school, reception becomes below average. South and East of center of town: No reception. West of town, reception becomes below average to average the farther you go.

Service was good until about 6 weeks ago. Then it totally stopped. At first AT&T tried to sell me a new phone. Now they have admitted a tower is out but it never gets fixed and my phone is useless at home. OK if I'm out but I need to make and recieve calls at home

Just awful. At the most 1-2 bars, most of the times have none. Dropped calls are a guarantee.

In Summer 2010 I could get 1-2 bars indoors, 2 bars outside, at a residence high above Seneca Lake. Since January there is no rec eption at all. If I walk 200 yds into a thicket of trees about 10' higher than then house, I can sometimes get a connection, but it never lasts more than 2 calls. T-Mobile has just chucked it in, I pre;sume to reduce tower rental expenses to make its b alance sheet look better for purchase.

Reception in this entire area from Rt 52 to Rt 301 is 0 to 1 bar. 1 Bar at my house, but almost always drops calls after about 30 seconds.
