Brooklyn Battery Tunnel / West St. intersection, New York, NY 10001

When going into the BBT from Manhattan to Brooklyn the first 3rd of the tunnel has no reception. Halfway to Brooklyn it jumps to 5 Bars. Same going the other way. I switched from Verizon to AT&T, there is more dropped calls when driving.
I had 4-5 bars prior to an ice storm in December. 1 bar or more often "No Service". AT&T tried to blame Apple. They claim there is no problem with the tower closest to me (5 miles away). Still waiting for call back from AT&T Tech Support.

Both Verizon and ATT claimed they had cell phone services in my area and that the could provide cellular coverage. Neither provide services at my address even though I am only 6 miles away from a tower. I had to cancel my Verizon account and now I am in the process of cancelling my ATT.

I have no reception from either Verizon or ATT. I had cancelled my service with Verizon and am about to cancel my service with ATT. I live 6 miles from a cellular tower but I cannot get any service! Both Verizon and ATT both claimed they could cover my address but after complaining vehemently to them they both said "we made a mistake. We do not cover the area where you live.
I was with T-Mobile for two years, only because I had a contract with them. I hate T-Mobile with a passion. Never got a signal and got a lot of missed calls in my apartment. Couldn't talk for more than 5 minutes because the service would drop out of no where.Even when traveling, barely received a reception. The customer service was not helpful. I switched over to AT&T and I have full bars and haven't had a drop call. I couldn't be happier.

No reception in my house, but if I step outside on my driveway, I get weak (1 bar) reception. Maybe a new tower on Fix Rd.will help, but I don't know when that will be erected.
