T-Mobile Sucks... Almost a year with them, and I have had 5 friggen phones, nothing made my service any better. It's just terrible all the way around. I am fed up and now I am searching for another service to take place of this crap. I am paying 200 a month for two phones, and never have service, always dropped calls, doens't ring, goes straight to voice mail. I will be talking to someone and then they can't hear me. Service with T-Mobile sucks.

Absolutely no reception at my house! And driving along North Country Road, between Mount Sinai and Kings Park, is pretty bad, too. There are long stretches where I have no bars and lots of dropped calls in other areas of N. Country Rd.

I phoned their local telephone service that says on their website "cell service soon" and I inquired on when this area in the Catskills could get coverage (none from margaretville, Bovina, Delhi, New Kingston, Andes) and she said, "we locals like our mountains to be cell tower free". Is this woman living in the 21st century? Not the smartest way to have weekenders come and help your economy thrive, but then again, perhaps you aren't aware there is this thing called the wheel and it's not made of stone anymore!

I have to sit in my widow seal to get reception. I have Boost Mobile which is the same company as Nextel. I use to have Metro PC and I never had an issue.

This is ridiculous! Prior to move in Rensselaerville I had AT&T but unfortunately there w no signal what so ever, matter of fact I had to drive to 85 or at the Institute for get signal that's 4 miles. So I decided to switch to Sprint because I was talk Sprint had good signal... oh Oh o! same music nothing new. I bought a repeat signal I still have problem the phone rang sometime but can't talk. As much as I like the area I am getting second thought of moving out to a different town. Besides the road are not paved So your car can never be clean. C'mon we are in 2010. Please! if you want my vote, paved the road and give me phone signal period.

Evans Off Travis Ave.Off Forest Hill Rd., Staten Island, NY 10314 Tue Sep 14, 2010

I had decent reception (3 / 4 bars) since Jan 2010. Suddenly, I have 0-1 bars. All calls goes to voicemail. Occasionally I will receive a text. Call Tmobile, they said they're not sure what I am talking about and will send an engineer. I am sure that is BS. They told me to call from a landline. TOO BAD I DO NOT HAVE ONE.

Occasionally a left message will come through but can't be accessed anyhow because dialing inevitably leads to a dropped call.

Yes there is a cell tower up in Redfield, NY right now, it has just been constructed by AT&T, there is no signal yet because the tower is not active yet.

All of Walden / Rt. 52 intersection, Walden, NY 12586 Mon Aug 23, 2010

Service is absolutely no good in Walden, period. The whole stretch of Rte 52 sucks from Newburgh to Pine Bush. I get good reception on 84 and 87, with a few service interruptions. My main concern is safety. If I get into any kind of situation while driving in my town, I can't call for help. It is scary.
