I had T -Mobile but got released because their service was terrible,ie. dropped calls, couldn't receive or send calls from within my stick built house.I now have AT&T service and its also terrible.Only had this service 2 weeks. In house I get dropped calls, zero bars.Have to go outside on porch to get 1 bar. They will not admit service is terrible, they say lack of towers and others in area being worked on.Will not provide booster antennia to me free of charge. They tell me a booster will cost me $149.00.I asked for a free booster antennia and they said no.I said I pay them $120.00 a month for this service that doesn't work.I asked them will they provide a credit when my service doesn't work. They said no.The only thing they keep on telling me is that I have 30 days to get out of the contract. If I go beyond 30 days they say that I will have accepted this service as is.They also told me that AT&T does not garantee cell phones to work inside building.I have had cell phones services for about 15 years and they used to always work inside my home.My wife and I decided today to cancel our contract with AT&T and just rely on our house phone like we used to do.

The iPhone which I have loved since purchase gets no reception at all in Longleaf nor in Talamore. In my house, neither my ATT nor my wife's Verizon get service. Friends get reception with US Cellular in my house so that may be the direction we go - I just don't want to give up the iPhone.

I have had AT&T for years and have never had many problems, except for an outrages bill every month due to having 3 kids on my plan. I cancelled my home phone last year to save money, but now I cannot get a signal within 5 miles of my house. Very frustrating due to this being our only phone service. I don't know which company to switch to, because I have no idea if I will have the same problem with another carrier.

No reception at all in or around apt. bldg. According to T-Mobile customer service there should be 3 bars, but I got nothing inside or out. Had to change carriers.

Long, unsuccessful journey with Verizon. -Was an Alltel costumer with a really old Nokia phone and GREAT reception. -Had to get new phone - Lost A LOT of reception -Got (paid for) a Network Extender THEN learned I had to switch to a Verizon price plan which put me on Verizon towers (not Alltel towers) and reception got even worse. -Got charged (although they did adjust the bill) a lot more. -Still miss calls even with Network Extender -Have very limited Data (texting only) capabilities (the Network Extender only works with voice, not data) -IF I make it home without dropping the call it takes a LONG time to switch over to the Network Extender once I drop the call inside the house. -In my opinion the Network extenders puts all the responsibility on the customer to provide a signal instead of Verizon addressing the problem and either paying to use Alltel's old towers or putting new ones up. -All my neighbors have the same problem. -Verizon's coverage maps are very deceiving. At least AT&T gives you the amount of signal strength. -Overall - VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH VERIZON.

Whenever I drive west on Hwy. 10 (Casar Rd), I lose the signal as soon as I drive through Casar. Are there any towers out there?
