no reception

A five mile radius of this location does not have Alltel Service. I know of a few customers that switched to US Cellular who recently covered this area with service and is the only carrier that has coverage there.

There is no reception at Mt Mitchell Golf Club. Looking for a carrier that might cover the area so I can switch

I had reception when I was looking at a potential houe to buy. Once I bought it and moved in, I have not had service yet. How do you find a carrier that has service before comitting to a carrier (SunCom)

Cannot get anything inside my home. Outside, I was lucky to walk into my field and get one bar to make any calls. Then when I got to make the calls if I rested the phone on my shoulder to do something that required both hands I would loose the call automatically everytime anytime!

Can sometime get a bar down at the marina from Columbia, across the sound.

Have to go the club house on the lake to receive and make a call don't move when you get reception or thats the end of the call. How about getting a tower close to the lake Maybe by eaten ferry bridge this way people who come to visit or live here full time can use their phone it's not just for Verizon wireless During winter Ice storms we loose land lines service here and can not make a call can't make emergancy calls

Have never had good reeception. Calls dropped nonstop. Maybe one bar in the house 2-3 outside but still poor reception when talking outside. Went to the Arboretum store and was told new tower would be up in January fully working by February... just got off the phone with Verizon and learned that the new tower is going up "sometime in 2006". Tired of paying 75 dollars a month for horrible service

Verizon Wireless needs to put up 3 or 4 towers. Cingular is moving into the area I lthink. A man from asheville that works for us has Cingular with no service here. 3-15-06 said his phone worked once he came out on the four lane in Andrews.(shocked him) A buddy at inspections said there has been several tower built. I know my siganal has not got any better so it looks like Verizon has blow a perfect deal.

We don't exist, we are no ones: no cell reception, no dsl. I get 2 bars if I drive 2 miles to Fields of the Wood, drive to the top, and stand in one little spot. (pretty tough in the winter). Closest town, Murphy, which is very spotty. Please pay attention to us, we pay taxes!
