I just moved to CrossPointe. I get no reception in my house and an occasional bar when I go outside and rotate like an antenna. Sounds like Highland Creek is a problem. Does anyone get reception?

almost out of a 2 year contract. Reception has never been good with this company. Tower is withing 5 miles and was told by field reps that for my area it would be iffy. Service is not good unless you walk around outsideto find a connection, then it may be dropped. They need do more towers or whatever when this is your only means of connecting with outside world. Very dissapointed customer.

Terrible service, can not even work from the house.

I can't wait for my contract to be over so I can get a phone that will work (like U S Cellular). Nextel has had a lot of problems even before the merge with Sprint. I thought the merge would be a good thing. There have been no advancements yet. If anything the service has gotten worse. Customer service is no better. When you finally get through you are talking to someone who can hardly speak English, but there name is Bob. (yeah-right) Don't get a nextel.

No reception at all while using my Cingular phone to visit my parents. The signal ends shortly after I cross the Halifax County line!

No GSM coverage... ..only coverage is CDMA with Alltel's prehistoric system !

There is very poor reception in Southeast Rutherford County. Between Caroleen Henrietta Harris and Cliffside reception is low to none. On Byers Rd.near Old Herietta Rd.there is no reception at all. Cinguar gives us 4 bars here on our Tracphones. If one wants to keep reception on Verizon I recomment a digital / analog phone in this area.

My phone works OK if I am in down town Sylva. At the house it is useless as is my son's Motorola also on Cingular. My wife's phone on US Cellular seems to work everywhere and it is some ancient model. Cingular really needs to get with the program!
