Capital Blvd.at 540 zero service. Falls of Neuse over the Dam at Falls Lake zero service. Glenwood at Oberlin usually drops the call. Six Forks South approaching Millbrook has gone dead for years. Lassiter Mill Rd. towards White Oak maybe 25% of the time service. 440 outer near Hillsborough St. exit is really bad. Overall I find neighborhoods and roads in Raleigh that get zero service every day. It has been getting much worse over the past two years with 4 different phones.
Verizon actually told me to go find another carrier and keep calling me leaving messages stating that I need to let them know what I am going to do. They have also agreed to let me out of the $350 contract fee. I am 3 miles from ATT tower and 1.5 miles from an Alltel tower and Verizon wont let me roam on either one.
I had basically no reception here although the phone company told me before I bought the phone that there was coverage there. Once I got into Danville the reception was fine

I switched to Sprint in Dec. 2007 from Verizon and had coverage here at the house for months and months, now I have no signal. The same thing happened with Verizon, I was a loyal customer for ?? 5+ years then all of a sudden, I had no coverage here at the house. The explanation was a change in tower and what company owned it? rented it at that point. They had done some research and I will say that they bent over backwards to help me, let me out of my contract, were very honest about the problems. There has to be a change in the towers *again, this time I am just getting the run around. They say to dial *2 and follow the directions... I can not do that because I have no signal. I would go back to Verizon in a heart beat, if I could get coverage for my cell phone here at the house!
Phone will ring but if answered will disconnect caller within 2-3 words, no txt service. No services at all otherwise in house. No help from AT&T, can't wait to get out of contract
