This review is for Cincinnati Bell Wireless. DO NOT sign up with them! I have experienced so many problems with their service throughout Cincinnati. Dropped calls, horrible voice quality (cut-outs and echoes), busy network messages, and not receiving voice mails. Whenever you call their customer service line, they always try to blame your phone for the problems. Well, whenever I travel out of town, my phone works just fine roaming on AT&T's network. So, it's NOT my phone. The Cincinnati Bell network is horribly managed and their towers are overloaded. Plus, their voice coverage in Clermont County is bad. Most of the Southern part of the county has no coverage. Go with Verizon or AT&T. You will be a lot happier.

Very lucky to get one bar hanging out a window at my house. I'm switching to Verizion very shortly because it works at my house. Cincinnati Bell has poor coverage throughout North East Cincinnati.

I have recently moved to Lima, Ohio and half the area here is without reception. How can I get out of my service agreement? It sucks paying for a phone I can't even use half the time.

Just moved here and already had T-mobile. No cell service here and their coverage viewer states the same. I called customer service. They said they have a tower in the area, but it's been broken for awhile and didn't know when it would be fixed. I could make roaming calls on AT&T's network while traveling in other states, but AT&T won't allow T-Mobile customers to roam in this area.

No reception available. There is a tower owned by a radio station available out here. If Alltel or one of them would use it their sales for the Vernon, South Webster, Scioto Furnce, Ashley Corner and all those other areas surrounding the Wayne National Forest would GREATLY increase. The service is NEEDED in this area!
