Since I got to Oberlin in August I have no reception at all when I am inside any room. I need to stand outisde to get some signal and, honestly, with this lovely weather, who feels like standing outside on the phone? Another option is to stand next to an open window, which does not make much difference in regards to the weather. Besides, AT&T is not exactly the most economic. I know many, many people (at least 15) that have left AT&T because of this issue in these six months. They should fix this problem, or it is going to cost them a lot.

Verizon service a few years ago was very good, then something happened. This small private lake community has just over 500 homes (who knows how many customers) and lousy cell service. 1 bar at best with my phone until I try to make a call then no service. ATT purchased Cincular they now have the best service even Sprint is better in the area than Verizon. I have called many times over the past few years but I guess not enough people have left Verizon to make them want to add a tower

Terrible coverage, calls dropped frequently, after upgraded software no improvement.

when it comes to Sprint their custumer service of course sux, but when u live where I live u are limited with ur provider. on tatmans road there is no service. I dont get it because once you get off that road I pick up service. when u call Sprint they try to beat around the bush and I am looking for another provider due to the rudeness of sprint. I wish they would imrove who they put behind the call center because then maybe I wouldnt be trying to switch.

1 Bar to NO SIGNAL in Archbold, Ohio! When I had 1 bar calls and texts would not go threw, and forget about connecting to the internet.

Checked with Verizon and was told they would look into problem. It never has been corrected. Sometimes you will get 1 bar until you try to send a call and it goes to no bars. All Calls received are dropped. I am considering another service, however I would hate to sign up for another 2 years and have the same problem. I first thought it was my phone and found out my wife and son are having the same problem. I am located 1.5 miles north of I-70
