Cell reception in this part of Upper Arlington is absolutely awful. I can't call out or text from my own home most of the time. If I am lucky enough to get one bar the call will quickly drop. Nobody seems to know if the real problem is the cell carriers or the city of UA not being able / willing to allow more cell towers. It sucks living in this neighborhood as we all rely on technology so much now. If anyone has found a solution to the problem please share it for the benefit of all.

Have had two dropped calls while on I-74 between Rybolt Rd.and I-275. I have a Tracfone that connects to the AT&T network. The first dropped call was a call to 911. The call was answered, dropped and the phone would not make another call. I turned the phone off, back on and call worked (I was on I-275 east by this point). The second dropped call was an incoming call. I couldn't hear anyone and then the call dropped. I had just gotten on I-275 east when the call dropped.

Horrible! Put a tower in Hardin County! There is a great private University here in Ada where no one can have AT&T! I know at least 20 people who dropped them!

No reception at all here. I don't know what AT&T means by moderate here. There coverage map says moderate, but none of my family gets any coverage at all in this area.

I just moved here a week ago from the Detroit area where I never had reception problems. Now I'm lucky if I get 1 bar. When on a call they fade in and out and sometimes drop the call. I went to the Polaris Sprint store today and was told my phone wasn't set up to search for Sprint service, he showed me that he changed a setting on my phone, then showed me that all 5 bars showed. He said to shut the phone off and turn it back on when I got home. Ha, no bars!

Reception varies, dropped calls. All happened recently. Had switched from Nextel to Sprint for same reason. Two phone family and both phones roam and 'eat' the battery.

I used to live in Fostoria 5 years ago and had Verizon then with no complaints. Two months ago I moved back to Fostoria from Washington State and had just switched to AT&T prior to my move. I've had absolutely no reception since I've returned. I called AT&T and they informed me that the nearest tower to my location was in Arcadia, although I've only had spotty reception in that area and the Findlay area as well. They advised me to either buy a 3G microcell or to utilize my "buyers remorse" period before it was too late. The representative claimed that a new tower was to be built and in operation in the Fostoria area by the end of July, which should solve the problem. This remains to be seen.

I bought a property and am building a home across the street from Lake Erie but none of the workers who have Verizon can get a signal. They have to get in their trucks and drive to call their boss. My husband and I both have Verizon and were told by Verizon that we need a signal repeater but none are available and they are not sure when they will be. CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW?

s Sometimes good reception sometimes no reception. Used to to be perfect reception until Verizon took over tower. Alltel tells me it is because Verizon changed the signel strength of the Deshler tower. Does anyone else have the same problem
