No reception from Sams Creek Rd.to St.Rt.671.

Verizon put up 2 towers recently. They turned on the one in Manchester on 7 / 15, which gives coverage to Ohio Brush Creek. They put put a tower on Buckeye Station Rd.the same time as the other one, but have NOT turned it on. This tower would give coverage to my area. They are supposed to build one 11 / 2 miles west of Rome, but haven't started it. What are they waiting on? I want broadband and cell service NOW!

Have yet to be in a call where it wasn't dropped at that intersection.

Help! it would be great to use my cell phone without having to drive two -three miles in either direction to get a signature. I was told there is not sevrice nor any support service. Can we get a towwer in the area, Please!

Secor Rd.north of Sylvania Ave. is a complete dead spot that is approximately one half mile long.

We have been with T-Mobile for six years and the reception was always great in these areas until just around 2 months ago. We have 3 phones and all three have 1 bar to none in these areas.

Verizon took over Alltel here and now get no reception with the versa.

I live outside Akron and get bad reception and dropped calls all over and no reception at house at all. They took over Alltel here and it sucks.

I cannot get reception at all in my home. I have to walk outside. I've had Verizon for 15 years and have lived in Northern Ky that whole time. it is very frustrating to move and not be able to use my phone at all in my phone. Especially since my job relies heavily on my phone. Is there anything that I can install in my house to boost the reception.
