Verizon has little to no reception on Vrooman Rd. in the river basin area.

I live in Portland near the new gas station called The Hot Spot. I live on Sellers Ridge Rd. and you only get service at the top of the hill for about a half mile then not until you get to The Hot Spot. Service is horrible here... ... .I have so many dropped calls!

I have mostly no service at all. On occasions when a car drives by I will be able to recieve a text message but voice mail and calling or recieveing calls are unable to perform until I take a drive out to geauga county.

we really need service out here there is nothing for a 20 mile strech or so, we need it for the emergency perssonel and so on. if a person is out in there car and has a wreck and has a cell phone out here it dosen't work, I dont know if this message will help but I tried, thanks for taking the time to read

Am getting my 3rd. LG VX8600 (free) from Verizon. They think the phone is the problem. I know it is Verizon's problem. We need a tower closer to this area. I cannot use the phone in my house or outside of my house because it will for sure drop the call. My grandson uses Sprint and he can talk all day at my house and not drop a call. Wake up Verizon, I am sick of this terriable service that you provide. Verizon shows all the support people on their TV ad's, they must be on sick leave or something because they don't help me. In the Verison store a sign says "Your problem is our problem",they are right, now we both have the same problem, that is not getting fixed. R.C.

I have has a couple Verizon phones. I hate Verison and have hoped they would improve, they have not. 50% of the time I get low to no reception in the Old Hilliard area, I-270 at Roberts Rd.and I spend a lot of time driving around Tuttle Mall's parking lot to make calls while my wife shopped.

Motorola RAZR doesn't work in the house. It's only a little better outside. Cheapo Samsung phone is a little better, one or two bars inside if I'm lucky. Friends with different carriers seem to have better service in my house than I do.
