Fairmount / Green Rd. intersection, Cleveland, OH 44124 Thu Aug 12, 2010

For the past 6 months no reception at all on Fairmount, from Richmond Rd.to Warrensville Circle going westbound and from Green Rd.to Brainard going eastbound! SOS calls only. AlthoughTmobile's customer service is usually really good for other things, they were quite unsympathetic, telling me that is a known trouble spot. I have been a T-Mobile customer for almost 4 years and will be switching.

AT&T coverage map displays moderate coverage, it is a lie. Their map should display no service.

I cannot get reception in North Olmsted. I have had Verizon for 15 years and recently moved there. SUCKS. I now have to get a home phone after all these years of just having a cell phone. VERIZON need to correct this problem as I am not the only one in North Olmsted who can't get reception.

I visit Fostoria Ohio and you would think that by now AT&T would have put up some cell towers in the area. I would guess that iPhone sales are nill around here. I can't imagine spending the money for such a phone and service when it is this terrible.

Huron, Huron, OH 44839 Tue Jun 22, 2010

Reception is absolutely terrible - often non-existent. Do NOT get AT&T if you live in this area - you will not be able to make, receive, or even think about telephone calls. Having this phone is a total waste of time and money.

Queen City Ave. / Sunset Ave. intersection, Cincinnati, OH 45238 Tue Jun 01, 2010

Drops Signal to 0 at La Fuelle Ave. No Signal till you reach Quebec Road. This is a MAJOR thoroughfare from the West Side to Cincinnati and is a BIG problem for my Commute, I'm considering driving an additional 5 or so miles out of my way just to keep my coverage working..
