for the last 6 weeks I have had poor reception in north kingsville and ashtabula. Sprint keeps telling me the tower will be fixed today and I have called three weeks in a row and have gotten te same respons. The asked me to go to the Sprint store to have my phone checked out and they said no need there are six towers out and they are having the same problems. They weren't sure why the technician was sending me there. The service stinks here.

Coverage here is terrible with 0 bars as the norm. Must twist head and / or go outside to even hear one word of conversation. From my other review, a tower here or even near Sliman Dodge on 58(Leavitt) could help solve this issue and the reception issue at Mullinax Ford area near new Turnpike interchange.

Sanyo 8100 is considered a good phone with Sprint. But I do no have any reception here. I am considering to switch to Verizon but doubt if that is any good!

Got this LG OPTIMUS (ironic name) as a 2011 Christmas gift. If it had cost me 2 cents I'd demand a refund... a-b-s-o-l-u-t-e-l-y useless!!

AT&T only has good reception (usually) in metropolitan areas; it is poor in rural areas. I had the Nokia 8260 with internal antenna and I am not impressed with its reception ability. But, AT&T is not that great in rural areas around NE Ohio either.

Coverage in the area along Liberty Ave. and inside the businesses on this road is abominable. 0 bars is the norm with little to no reception with crackling and breaking calls if you can even get a call out or in.

We only get one bar at best. I don't think I've ever had a call that wasn't dropped atleast once. Horrible reception ATT! Can't wait til our contract is up. In the meantime, I have to figure out who has the best coverage here. If you live in this vicinity, don't bother with ATT! You'll just be wasting your money like me.

I am on the water of Lake Erie. Can neither send or receive. T-Mobile map reports 2 bars. Friends with Verison do not have problems. I noticed that T-Mobile customers on Roaming Shores lake have problems also.

I get no bars or reception in Mentor on the Lake. I also get very poor if any recption in my house, intersection of Hopkins and Plains
