no bars inside the home and 1 sometimes 50 yards from the house. messages don't ring and when listening to the messeges, cracking and garbled messege at best if not dissconnected.
when AT&T "bought out" Cingular they sold out all the towers I know so many people who where with AT&T that where so happy switched and now there under contract and customer service either says I cant help you and your stuck or sorry we get calls about this all the time and they wont tell us whats wrong. Most every one I kno that had AT&T blame Cingular but the truth is AT&T owns like 70% stock in Cingular so for what ever reason except to make billions by tricking all there customers into switching I dunno but they have "the most dropped calls" "not the fewest"
No reception at all in a location camping east of Talihina, OK. Other people in my group had occasional signals on Alltel, Verizon. My T-Mobile phone was totally useless all week.

On the docks we get reception only if the tower is not busy. It appears US Cellular is low priority. Cingular users can roam the docks and talk anytime, but US Cellular only can do that on when it is not busy at the docks, like during the week. Forget using cell phone at dock on weekends or switch to Cingular.

I just started a new job for a construction company in OKC and I live in Arcadia, Oklahoma. They provided me with a new blackberry cell phone and I can't even get a signal where I live. I am driving into town tonight to see when I even start getting service. Whats the use of even having a cell phone when it doesn't even work at my house. If they need when I am in the city I will be at the office. Put up a tower or something on the east side of I-35.
In the low areas of Robbers Cave State Park, I could not use my Cingular Nokia 6230 GSM phone. On high sections or in the hills, reception was spotty. On the highway through the park, I could generally get reception. I also had decent reception next to the ampitheater.
