I wanted to use TMobile inside our plant. I told TMobile what the use of the phone would be. They assured me their service would work. I had no service at all except in the parking lot. I cancelled the service after 4 hours. They tried to bill me $85.00. Now we are down to $9.00 for the calls I made from the parking lot. I told them I wouldn't pay 9 cents for their worthless system. They said they were going to turn the $9 over to a collection agency. After I stopped laughing I said, "Bring it on."

I've had more dropped calls in the last weeks than 15 or 20 years ago with a brick or the reception is so bad you cannot carry on a conversation. ATT / Cingular / Alltel FCC directed merger is a milestone of bad news for consumer. As a business owner, this is a catastrophe. I need an alternate company without early contract cancel penalty and am filing a complaint with the AGs office.

Occasionally I get 1 bar. Mostly I never get one at all. Just got this phone too. Wish I had did some research before getting this. Cricket or the phone just isn't any good here.

I get absolutely no service from T-Mobile out here. By contrast, the phone I got from work is on Cingular and it gets 100% signal strength.

No signal inside or outside my home. I must drive West of town 2 to 3 mile, park on a hill to get 2 and sometime 3 bars of signal to make a call.
