Mountain View Rd. / High Prairie Rd. intersection, Oakridge, OR 97463 Mon Sep 05, 2011

Cell coverage ends just outside the Oakridge city limits. No reliable coverage for any carriers. We have Consumer Cellular (AT&T network) and get 1 bar in two small spots coming up the mountain (two areas on High Prairie Rd of 10 yards or less, that have a better line of sight to Oakridge), but nothing anywhere else. Some Verizon customers have had brief intermittent coverage in some areas up here, once in a while. Work is underway on a new tower on Dead Mountain, that should give coverage for the whole area, but it is not done as of 9 / 1 / 11. The City of Oakridge owns the lone tower in Oakridge and will also own the Dead Mountain tower as well.

Motorola Backflip
Day Rd. / Amber Ln intersection, La Pine, OR 97739 Sat Aug 20, 2011

Been looking for help do to no reception with Motorola backflip. First to say.. Tmoble and Us cellular both get 3 or 4 bars in my house. ATT has worked up upgrade option for me. so I have to guess if another phone will work better. I just have to think to myself... . If I owned a Cellular company wouldnt I have a map of what phones work best in each area.. AT&T really does not seam to care about there service, just how to keep you on it. Trust rating "0" and stuck in contract.. I hate dealing with used car salesmen... and thats what this feels like. If your thinking ATT realize they have NO ONE who can tell you anything about any of there phones.. trust me.. 3 days of calling, going to stores, and here I am on the internet. Give your business to someone who deserves it.

went from T-Mobile to Cricket and have found out exactly why they call this company the ghetto cell phone company. Their customer service sucks and reception is just as bad if not worse.

AT&T is really terrible out in Santa Clara in Eugene, OR. Can't even receive any signal whatsoever. Went to the AT&T store and they basically said "tough luck" we can sell you a microcell for $200 bucks that will use your own home internet in order to make calls for a service you already pay for. What the hell?!
