Absolutely NO Sprint, Nextel or ATT Coverage in these areas. Iridium works in the open areas of the canyon as long as you have a clear view of the sky. Hunters in this area will have to resort to a satellite phone or 2-way analog radios to communicate.

There is a big list of areas with no reception in Wren and Mary's River Estates. I also commute to Albany and there are areas on Hwy. 34 near Oakville, and Hwy. 99W near LBCC and Hwy. 20 near Garlands where calls are consistently dropped. Next time I will use Verizon.

I am roaming at least half of the time while venturing around the downtown and suburban areas (thank god my unlimited package which includes roaming). Lucky to get 3g let alone 4g. Someone get Sprint to spend a few bucks on a new tower or two!

In September 2009 there was no reception in Sunforest (8 mile marker on Hwy. 31). Trakfone works very well.

I get 0-1 bars in my apartment on 21st and NE Weidler st. If I go outside it's OK, but what the heck?

My phone worked perfectly last night, with full signal. This morning nothing, no bars, no nothing. I even shut off the phone to reset it and nothing. I'm now in the middle of town at a location with wifi and my cell is still not working.

I have to drive out of my neighborhood to make calls and yet the coverage map says "Best" cell reception. Get Verizon.

Virgin mobile rumor 2 just displays "Looking for service" when in the science room 205 in riverside high school

AT&T coverage has recently been spotty. I have used AT&T in this area for two years, but recently I have experienced NO SERVICE at increasingly frequent times. AT&T service is provided only through a partner service here in this area. AT&T tells me that they cannot help me to fix this problem since they do not provide service here. YET they accept my monthly payment and will not consider compensation for times when I have no service! Looks like I need to shop for a new provider after being with AT&T for over ten years!
