Live on the ocean side of 101 1 / 4 mile south of lost creek... No reception at all, nada, nothing. With other carriers I got some reception but not with AT&T... ...

TMobile offers xlnt plans and great phones. After spending 2 hours with their kiosk at Costco and leaving with an armload of equipment, we were incredibly disappointed to find that we had no 3G coverage and no cell coverage at home. We only live a short distance from the store in East Medford. Talking with their tech supt we learned that reception is a MAJOR issue in this valley and their engineers are aware of the problem but can do nothing about it at this time. Seems somewhat questionable that they would be pushing a service that isn't... .. a service.

I've had T-Mobile for years. At first the coverage was excellent and now it's so bad that I'm considering switching back to verizon.

Purchased online and used in Ashland with no problem. East of the Cascades it worked at first, so I bought $100 time... a little later, no reception. Local AT&T store said: "Sorry, we didn't tell you GoPhone prepaid won't work east of the mountains." That was certainly not their fault, because the phone was purchased online. Gave the phone to a friend who lives in the east of the mountains. Verizon works well in almost all but the most remote areas.

Back east this phone would work anywhere but here it goes to zero outside of town except in I-5 corridor. Will be switching soon unless they get their act together.

The reception is very bad in JF campus, calls are being dropped, sound quality is horrible. (And that despite AT&T having retransmitters in the campus). Same in the home (Jones Farm neighborhood) - almost no reception at the kitchen. While phone shows 2 of 5 bars, it's impossible to dial in. Fair reception upstairs, but could be much better. Though it's possible that my phone model is bad, I was getting a better service with my old Nokia 6310 phone.

we are about 2 miles south of this intersection. We had reception on the old analog but never with digital. I love my iphone but am not please with having to use ATT service.

I live exactly one mile west of the city of canyonville, oregon and Interstate 5 and and get no reception inside or out- side my house!

Reception ok at intersection but no coverage towards end of Hixson Dr.

NOBODY gets reception out here. Just a bit further southwest from E. Evans Ck. Rd. (starting above Meadows Rd.) on Antioch Rd. near Traunesian Ave. heading toward Jones Rd. and eventually Hwy. 234, you can get 1 / 2 to 1 bar of service. Both AT&T as well as Sprint do not work at all on upper East Evans Ck. Rd.
