i've been with t mobile for three months. always got good signal at home UNTIL MARCH 22 when service became nonexistant. t mobile has been jacking me around since march 22 saying they are sending an engineer to fix a tower problem. i'm very close to changing carriers.

We have no AT&T reception along Crowfoot Rd but friends do have US Cellular. Why does one carrier provide service when the other doesn't. iPhone requires the use of AT&T. A real catch 22.
I purchased a new GSM phone from Edge and 2 yr. plan, planning to disconnect our landline. Reception was good behind our house, not inside. Bought an antenna and extender to bring signal inside. Signal was great until about July 1st. Signal would swing from 3 bars to 0. The previous night, my husband had talked to his sister for an hour with no problem. Edge tried to correct, but without luck and let me out of contract. Contractors with U.S. Cellular have no problem. Very frustrating situation. Love the phone, but the coverage in the valleys off I-5 is terrible; the corridor is good except for a couple of dead spots.

Edge does not work when I get off starveout road to go to my house. I also doesn't work on top of Canyon Mountain. My wife has a tracfone, service provided by US Cellular and it works great pretty much everywhere around here.

I have to sign up with A T and T wireless phone service in order to use the 50% family plan her business offers she and her family. She works in S. F., I obviously live in Bend and I teach online and would use the email functionality to communicate with my students while awar from home. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions about A T and T in Bend? I have to decide in 2-3 days. Thank you so much, Susan

My phone has some weird issue, where it will see a "Ghost" Verizon tower signal. if I can get it to ignore that signal, it has great roaming via USCC. None of my friends who visit the area have issues, and I have not had this issue before with my old (Vx4300) phone... I believe that Verizon is planning on moving to the area, and my new phone (Which has AMAZING) reception may be picking up one of Verizon's towers that is not yet active.
