I was able to get great reception with TDMA network while setting in the house, but I was told I had to switch to GSM and now no reception. After spending money for the phones and upgrading the booster and handsfree in my truck I get nothing. Very unhappy, have contacted Cingular 9 times and still fighting the issue and trying to get out of my contract. Customer service is the poorest I ever seen. Does anyone know is there a Government agency to contact and file a complaint? VERY UNHAPPY!!!!!!!
Cingular Wireless Offers No Service for Pay as you go customers Here. You may get to call 911 in an emergency. I talked to their Customer service and found that they have one Cell tower and no service. This is not what a traveller wants to hear. My wife tried her LG 310 and got no service
I get no calls and cannot call out. Dead zone. it's a mini valley here and signals are very weak or non-existent. Cingular phones do a little better here.

Lost 2-3 bar tdma signal after a windstorm 11 / 10 / 2006. Made two calls to Cingular by landline and waited 30-45 minutes each time while the call taker consulted with "someone". Each time I was told they're working on it and given a date for a call back, in addition to a pitch for their digital gsm service. As of 11 / 25 / 2006 still no signal. Phone works elsewhere to the north toward Oregon City.

One to zero bars--even outside the house, and, when we CAN connect, our calls are dropped almost immediatley. Very frustrating. T-Mobile has been rude and unhelpful. I can't wait until our contract ends.
Drop calls everytime I cross this intersection with Verizon, doesn't matter which phone. And I can not get reception at the new Haggen grocery store either. Hoping that Cingular works here???
Inside my apartment I get zilch for reception. If I go outside, I may get 1 bar, or I may not. If I go to CG Walmart I get 4 bars, and even inside Ray's Market I get 5 bars, but here at home or close by or anywhere west there's absolutely nothing. My daughter has a Cricket too and hers is the same here when she's here, even though it's a different model. I do NOT recomment Cricket if you live around Cottage Grove.
