I live right across the street from the old police dept in Brookville. I saw them putting up an antenna on the roof back in June. A few weeks ago someone was back up on the roof again. I think they took the antennas down. There is still a signal at my house but it is no strong like it was.

T-Mobile / Cingular coverage seems to end right outside Orangeville. Head on 487N and it's completely gone... the only carrier that seems to get service here is Verizon. My Nextel (i530) and T-Mobile (BB8700c) have no service from Benton..south until Orangeville. T-Mobile has roaming coverage (w / Cingular EDGE coverage!) through Bloomsburg. Heading on 487S towards Knoebel's (Elysburg, PA), T-Mobile will roam onto Immix Wireless, but with no data access. Hopefully we can get some GSM coverage up this way at some point!

4 miles along Interstate 80 in the Foxburg area are completely without coverage. This is not acceptable. In general, Cellular One has bad coverage along the interstate.

The entire township of President has no coverage. I thought Sprint was bad, at least they had coverage at the peaks of the hills. Cellular One fades before you are even completely out of Oil City.

Just to confirm what you said about the dam. There was a near drowning there a few weeks ago. A bad situation when there is no coverage there. I do see others on cell phones. I haven't a clue what carrier they have, but it's not Cell1.
