Horrible! No reception in or outside of my house! hHrdly any reception within 1 mile of my house, and dropped reception almost everywhere I go! I hate this service! Everone I speak to with Nextel says the same thing. Nextel claims they will join with Cingular by the end of 2005, and will have lots more coverage. But I refuse to wait 3-6 months to get a signal. No thanks. This phone is going back!
no carrier gets coverage here except Verizon, and they get 2 bars at best. We need Cingular GSM the whole route from Bloomsburg to Millville. Work commute !
Horrible Reception, probably because its due to the fact its in a valley, should put a tower nearby. Somes times you can get 1 or 2 bars at the top end of town.

Dead spot at Knox and Arlington Avenues. Notified Verizon for the last 3 years, they always say they will do something about it but they never do. Lets face it, these companies have very little in customer support.
Drive that way to work. Used personal Cingular, Verizon service, and a Nextel company phone. Its just a bad spot between the mountains and no cell towers
I live on top of a mountian where hardly anyone can get service but in the actual town there is no service either. Ive been all over the place and havent even gotten to one bar.
It's so sad! Now that we have Sting's internet towers all around this area in Coalport, Verizon will not do Anything to get us reception. Surveys showing that 1000 people here have or will use cellphones have been sent to Mr. Slingvine of Verizon but... . that doesn't seem to be enough to satisfy the greed of their company. And Nextel failed to deliver on their promise of a cell tower. So, if you're a business, and thinking of coming to this area, why bother... unless you enjoy golf... for the local government authority here would rather invest monies into a golf course for their retirement days instead of trying to bring businesses here for employment so that our children can work here.
